Our Philosophy

Bramacare Community is a Community Interest Company (CIC), offering specialist support for people with mild to moderate eating disorders and disordered eating. Bramacare Community is a day care service primarily for the benefit of local residents in Ipswich, though service users are welcome from any location.

Our supportive environment

We fully understand the challenging path that eating disorders can create at times. For that reason, we aim to provide everyone with a safe space and specialist guidance to help people navigate through every stage of their recovery journey. 

We believe, to achieve that, we need to establish boundaries which will assist you to face any difficult thoughts and behaviours that may arise. Our staff have been trained carefully in order to support you and they will be on-hand at every moment of your journey. 

However, we will require from you: motivation to recover, willingness to change, openness to new experiences and honesty in your process.
